Contemporary technique or variation
Original choreography for Dec. concert
Lecture on important topics, such as dance history, injury prevention, nutrition, teaching methods, kinesiology, career issues for professional dancers (auditions, resume's, contracts, unions, college degrees, life in a company)
Men's class or Leaps/Turns (women may also take the Men's class)
Floor Barre or Pilates
